Payment Options

1. Credit card purchase: Earthprint accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Electron and Amex). These are securely processed through an encrypted transfer of information.
2. Organization Purchases: The option for your organization to settle payment in 30 days is only available to employees ordering on behalf of commercial companies or institutions. Please ensure you complete your organization name and purchase order details when completing the address information on your order. An invoice will accompany your order which must be paid within 30 days.

Payment Methods for Organisation Purchases

1. Credit card by fax (+44 1438 748844) or by telephone (+44 1438 748111). Please provide us with your credit card number, expiry date and CVC number.
2. By cheque: cheques must be in US$, be drawn against a US bank and be made payable to Earthprint Limited.
3. Bank transfer: Bank transfers can be accepted for payments over USD $200.00. All bank transfer charges must be paid by the customer and the amount received by our bank must be for the full invoice total. To use this method please contact us at enquire@earthprint.com

How to search Earthprint.com

There are three ways of searching through Earthprint:

Searching for a specific title
Enter the title, ISBN, year or stock code of the publication you wish to find in the search field (top right on Earthprint) and press ‘Search’. If the publication does not appear then try entering key words from the title.

Searching through specific topic area
Earthprint has a number of different topics available to search. Scroll down the left side of the home page to view all the topics and click on the one you require.

Searching through a specific Earthprint shop
Earthprint.com sells publications on behalf of a number of different organizations. To view a specific organizations publications scroll down through the logos to the right of the home page and click on the shop you wish to search.

How to Order – Step by Step

Step 1: Selecting a Publication

Find the publication that you wish to purchase and click on the red button that says ‘Add to Cart’. The item will then be automatically added to your shopping basket. The shopping basket will first ask you to confirm your location in order to present you with accurate shipping costs and any possible discounts.

Step 2: Amending or confirm an order

To amend or confirm your order click on ‘Shopping Basket’ at the top of the page. This will list your order and you can amend as required. To change the quantity of an item use the << >> keys on either side of the quantity to increase or decrease the amount by 1. To delete an item from your basket click the ‘Remove Item’ link to the left of the item name.

Step 3: Purchasing

Now you have selected all the titles you wish to purchase click on the ‘Continue’ button. This will take you to a new page which stipulates that you are now going to be transferred to our Barclays’s secure payment system, click on ‘Checkout’ if you are happy to proceed.

This page requests your address details, fill in all the mandatory fields marked with a *, and click on ‘Continue’. You will now be asked to enter your credit card details. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Electron. Click on ‘Continue’ when all the information is added.

You will then be asked for your Billing address on the page entitled ‘Cardholder Information’. Fill in all the required fields and answer the question at the bottom right of the page, ‘Is the delivery address different from the cardholder address?’ then click on ‘Continue’. The ‘Delivery Information’ page will now come up, if you are happy with the details click on ‘Submit Payment’ and your order will now be processed.

Step 4: Confirmation of your order

If you order has been successfully processed you will see a confirmation page entitled ‘Payment status’. Please print this page before pressing the ‘complete payment’ button and ensure that all your details are correct.

You will also receive an e-mail with the order details which will be sent automatically to the e-mail address you submitted through the address form.

Within the UK (Royal Mail) 2-3 days working days
Within Europe (Airmail) 5-7 days working days
Outside of Europe (Airmail) 7-10 days working days

Discounts

UNEP operate under a three-tier pricing system to further the dissemination of UNEP material to developing countries in case the material cannot be provided free of charge. Developing countries will be entitled to a 50% discount on the sales price and the Least Developed countries will be entitled to a 75% discount, both excluding postage and packaging.

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the UN (FAO) offer a 35% discount to LDC Countries. These discounts will be deducted once the order has been processed.

NB Our shopping cart automatically identifies your location and the above discounts will be applied accordingly.

WBCSD members are entitled to a 25% discount off WBCSD publications on Earthprint. This payment will be deducted once the order has been processed.
